Solitude can be personal, but nobody would ever wanted to see you spend a lifetime in that state. Even if you need to embrace it, but if you've been going through really tough times, I promise you, you'll get through it. Don't ever spend your entire lifetime all alone by yourself. Don't ever let all options of ending your own life be your choice. Time heals everything. As long as those are around you too: friends, families, everyone, you'll get through it. If you need to confront solitude, these will help you. Find activities you enjoy (Do things that make you feel happy and engaged, like reading, gardening, nature walk, gaming, cooking), Create a routine (Set aside a regular time each day to disconnect from technology and focus on your breathing), Take a break (Try taking a pre-dawn walk, or leaving your phone, TV, and radio off while cleaning), Limit information (Try to limit the amount of information you take in), Build connections (Explore new ways to build connections through groups, classes, or organizations), Consider therapy (If you're feeling lonely and it's difficult to cope, you can speak with a mental health professional), Embrace solitude (Solitude can be a choice and a way to forge your character. Early monks and mystics believed in the importance of solitude for creating a fulfilling life). Do any of these, love yourself, be loved and cared for by the people around you, before you do anything else. Do that, and together, we will always triumph. I promise you. Everything will be okay. You'll be okay.💖
