Seriously though I think you're spot on but maybe some of the seed stuff is a bit samey. I'd definitely put another vote in for Aerial as it has a very feminine vibe which really stands out from the rest.

I wish I could send Djinn over to cheer you up, he loves to curl up on tummies and purr like a fuzzy little chainsaw. I do feel like I should have read the instructions more carefully when assembling him though 🤔

In my own mind I'd always kind of lumped it in with the decidedly un-Disney-like The Black Hole (1979) given the whole "passing through hell" vibe of it all.
I think these days people will probably see more of a connection with Warhammer 40K though.

As soon as I opened the Sega magazine and saw the article with this funny little guy in it, I knew I would have to buy the game.
Probably not what people think of as a "metal gear" these days I suppose.
