I'm not seeing a doctor at the moment. Stopped all pain meds (was taking 5), way more functional than before, addressing the symptoms psychologically as they come, much smaller flareups overall.

I would see a doctor when I have a new pain I can't explain. That's why I am keeping the others small.

What I know is there are great psychological methods targeted specifically for chronic pain.

For the record I am 41 with early stage hip arthritis and fibro.
