Happy Birthday to the ACA which turns 15 today. This legislation has not only saved my life, but millions of other stroke survivors, people with other pre-existing conditions and others in need of care.

Rumor has it someone else did a salute yesterday…. I like mine better. Yesterday afternoon in Richmond, I went to the White House of the Confederacy in a James Baldwin tee-shirt because when they go low, I go ancestral. Raised fist in the air in defiance to the toxic mythology of the Confederacy.
