Calling my regular doctor tomorrow to fill him in on all that’s been going on.
1) got Covid, Covid is gone now.
2) been hospitalized 3 times. Last time required potassium drip.
3) painful nausea.
4) cleared of pancreatitis
5) had painful/ two week long cycle
I ain’t living.

Today’s Hospital experience-
1) nurses worked real hard on correcting themselves on my pronouns. But also asked why I never correct them? I respond, “I am 38yrs old. I stopped caring and with everything going on in our world. Protection.”
2) did a very triggering based tests. Made it through it.

I can’t wait to get off of a bland diet. I made scrambled eggs. Without: oil, dairy, season. It tastes so odd. But it gives me what I need.

My tysum today rear it’s ugly side. I had to shower and put relaxing wash on my body to release the tension. Then spray my blanket down with a lavender calming spray to help calm me down. Having this sometimes feels so lonely when I am not. But in a house where all my feelings are invalid hurts. 😭
