I'm scared that a huge issue is not being aware:
On Aug 29th the US is removing the de minimis rule on all packages. Being international, de minimis meant no one payed tariffs on my goods since it was under $800. Now there will be a $80-200 fee to receive my art. Even for a $5 sticker. 🔸(1/4)

So, obviously the whole Itchio / Visa / Mastercard thing is very bad, and I see a lot of calling campaigns kicking off, so I tried to put together a list of things that can move the needle at a call center. Do with this info what you will.
So, WFM guy here, I crunch call center numbers all day and advise management on performance and staffing requirements. Here are some concrete goals to keep in mind with any sort of calling campaign: 🧵

Oh my god the PayPal call was SO FUNNY. The guy on the phone was like "We don't allow processing payments for explicit material."
So I hit him with "So if I were to go and purchase a copy of Game of Thrones online, my payment would be blocked?"
I think it clicked for him then.

The #nintendo eshop is so depressing. I've already seen three games featuring blatantly AI generated visuals in the style of anime. If there was an option to report these games, I would.

I think the problem with reliably frequent updates is that I can't write a linear story for the death of me. Scenes will appear in my head like blursed visions from another higher power, and it's my job to sort and connect these scenes to each other. Groooaannn #NinjagoAshbound
