there's a certain gentle snowfall that happens every so often that is SO enchanting and I love it each time. when there's already a bit om the ground and more is gently falling it's surprising how quiet it can get since the snow absorbs the sound a bit. so magical

makes those moments where the game isn't lonely and cruel stand out so much more too. there're characters who're as friendly as laurentius and andre in other games no doubt but few feel as friendly to me thanks to the world they're in
