SO I have been thinking about this dish that I saw on the menu of this restaurant since the last time I visited. I didn't have it the last time, but I've had it now and it was so worth the wait.

I timed my entire holiday around catching this sailing race...it's a relaxing sport to watch, but yachts dodging around container vessels (pic 1) make for a very entertaining spectacle. And I feel like you can only get that here LMAO
