Purveyor of fine spacecrafts. Nap aficionado. Opinions expressed are never my own.
If I were much less lazy than I am, I’d start a web site called “pivot-to-dod dot com”, where I’d document the trajectory of every aerospace startup.

PP runs a tight ship.

Tight like the Moskva.

It’s been a few years, so I don’t remember if it’s obvious from the beginning that he survived, but you could recut it so that it looks like he died in the attempt (only revealing the truth at the end), and that would be closest you could make to snuff film and not go to jail for it.

Absolutely terrifying - and excellent - horror flick.

I am a climber (though not a Climber), so the technical stuff just makes it extra spicy.

Explicit save points.

I am an adult with responsibilities. Sometimes I have to put the game away *right now*, don’t make me lose my progress because the last save point was gifted minutes ago.

If you want to maintain some risk dynamic, make loading delete the save.

The most… let’s call it “memorable”… film I ever saw at the Toronto International Film Festival was “9 Songs”

A discussion on music, loneliness, Antarctica, and also unsimulated sex.

That was a remarkably awkward 70 minutes or so at a world famous film fest.

Biathlon would be a *much* more entertaining sport if they ran two athletes on parallel tracks… shooting into the middle.

I have traditionally heard it referred to as “Franglais”, which I find entertaining

“I already have enough hobbies, but thank you for sharing yours.”

(And I used to *run* Gentoo. That’s what convinced me that I was not interested in Computer as such, but in using Computer to do things. May have correlated with me getting my first job, and my time becoming valuable to me)

I particularly enjoyed the “Spider” episode of From The Earth To The Moon.

No idea if that’s how Grumann worked in those days, and my experience is in much smaller companies doing smaller-scope projects, but the overall feel of “here’s how a spacecraft gets designed” feels right.

“Hyperbolic”? It’s elliptic at most.

This may need more money than a simple “angel” can provide, and you may need a higher-tier investor. Perhaps some sort of “piss Christ”.
