i used to pet bees as a wee lad when they’d land on my grandmothers flowers. all the time. very cute, fond mems. just thought about the classic “last time i pet them without knowing it’d be the last time” feeling and since bees learn faces & vibes i’m fighting back a heartbreaking howl for my girls
