i knew i was pretty okay at cooking by being able to feed myself for a whole year without an oven. i forgot that i am actually like, pretty good. today i made saffron umeboshi onigiri that im going to make into tahdig-inspired yaki onigiri and puerh ochazuke in a casual meal prep session
