absolutely. i ripped them all at 320 a few years ago and it's a pretty comprehensive catalogue of "music i never really got deep into".. could quite easily knock together a solid New Jack Swing mix for example. ;)

I once entered some late night tv cable competition around 98.. completely forgot about it until a parcel arrived at my front door with about 75 Mastercuts compilations on cd and a disc man to go with it.
