Let's Beyblade!! My latest piano cover. This is one of my favorite theme songs. I didn't watch the show a lot, but Beyblade VForce Ultimate Blader Jam for GBA uses this song a whole lot, so it is ingrained in my brain.

When the modern dance class teacher asks me if I, a prog rock fan, can play in odd meters lile 5 and 7.

What is the take that has you like this? Mine: Americans that bash the British dish beans on toast do not actually know what the dish is, the specific brand of baked beans used, what makes the sauce the beans are in much different from other baked beans, or even ever had that brand of beans at all.

Restocked! This is the best brand of baked beans bar none.

Helios, the cat companion from Potions: A Curious Tale! At least THIS sassy cat won't bite me, shed everywhere, or randomly use the floor as the litter box when unhappy. @rikukat.bsky.social

I thankfully did not buy this, because it is a disappointing way to play breakout. The ball has no collision after it bounces off of a block and heads back toward you, so it just passes through the blocks without breaking them. Alleyway and Arkanoid are better. Wizorb looks good... Will try it soon!

Physical copy of RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic for Nintendo Switch acquired! It's a very solid way to play this game!

I can play the first three measures at tempo, but those chromatic scales... too fast to use the traditional fingering, but the more advanced fingering is also tripping me up.

I wish I could afford piano lessons. I'm at a loss as to how I can make my fingers move faster. I have always struggled with fast, nimble fingery passages like this. I think it's a tension issue with my thumb, but I don't know how to fix it (Alkan Prelude in E minor, Etude de vélocité Op. 31 No. 24)

It has made practicing this quite frustrating, so I've just been practicing this up an octave.

It's quite annoying that this key sticks on my electric piano.

Sometimes you just gotta watch SpongeBob SquarePants. (Also, the app is messing up on my phone and not letting me add Alt Text)

It finally happened. I had to break out my Swiss army knife and use the miniature can opener on it to open a can of food, because I couldn't find our usual kitchen can opener. I've got to admit, I forgot it's actually quite easy to do.

Before and after! Just snipped these two little tabs out of the cartridge slot of my Super Nintendo... those are the ONLY things that keep a North American SNES from also being able to play Japanese Super Famicon games. Some Japanese games have English and are cheaper than their NA SNES counterpart!
