He looked really uncomfortable on the ball I thought - never seemed to know what to do with it. I’m not a huge pascal fan, but as soon as he came on you could see the difference in our distribution from the back (not that it made a difference in the end! 😅)

I was being glib, but a decent chunk of that was used on players for the bench (JJ / Bornauw) or that don’t seem to be upgrades on what we have already (Bijol). That’s almost a third of the spend… Anyway, more than happy to be proven wrong and eat humble pie with egg on my face come May!

The bit they’re failing to articulate is that £10m sale would offset the £50m purchase… for ONE year of the amortisation. So it might help this year, but you’re still gonna have to cover 10m per year for the remaining 4. And that’s without even factoring in wages.
