For some value of "good," yes, there's an okay front-end with them.
The C64DTV has the best front-end for its selection of games, but I can't add ROMs. The Ayaneo and Ambernic front-ends are luxurious in comparison to the cheap HDMI sticks.

Personally, I'd just get something like the GameSir X2 or X5 and run the C64 emulator on my Android phone.
Alternatively, both Ayaneo and Ambernic are making some exceptional devices these days that'll play C64 game ROMs

A cheaper option is something like www.amazon.ca/emulator/dp/... - I bought a similar unit for my condo's games room a year ago, it came with hundreds of C64 games on the SD card and you can add your own C64 ROMs

There is another, the C64DTV, which I have and is cheaper on the used market, and it's a real C64 and not an emulator.
