A build plugin might lend itself to this use case. For example, workbox generates a files array for service worker cache policies. trackjs could do something very similar to grab files to _include_ as an optional feature -- the build plugin would just add said files to a global.

Any plans to bake in graph-based flags, like `--affected`? Having an npm drop-in that offers this type of feature would be a nice selling point. I have to reach for moonrepo or NX for this, and there's often friction when it comes to adding these types of frameworks to a project.

I was just explaining syndicalism to my nephew, and how businesses operate within syndicalism. Explaining labor exploitation was difficult because it seems in the US there's a collective notion that the "ideas guys" should be the primary beneficiaries.
