For now. And that vote is far too close to be comfortable. It seems some of the Justices don’t understand the Constitution or Bill of Rights.

They certainly are. One was by the courthouse (near both the jail and Sheriff’s office so it’s always risky to commit a crime in their “home”). I also expect they have more (and better) video.
