💡🧪We couldn't leave out the Science + Industry showcase!
The WorkInOptics Career Zone connected employers and job seekers in personal interviews, showfloor programming covered emerging technologies, and exhibitors demonstrated the latest products and innovations in #photonics. 😀

Did you have a favorite spot to linger at during #FiO25?
Hearing directly from students at the poster session, networking over coffee breaks, meeting editors from @opg.optica.org, and relaxing at the member lounge... we could go on (and we might, we have a lot of great photos). 💡

⚛️💡By mapping each frequency comb line to a unique group of pixels, the researchers could control each line independently, allowing them to sculpt the spectrum to any shape they wanted.
This video shows the new spectral shaper being used for spectral flattening across approximately 10K comb lines.

Today, 28 October, will feature a plenary with David Wineland at 10:30 MT!
Join us in the Four Seasons Ballroom 1 to hear how superposition and entanglement enable trapped atomic ions in spectroscopy, timekeeping, and #quantum computation, and how they can create an analog of Schrödinger's cat.
