We now have a schedule of passenger counts on Preston Ormskirk and Southport Wigan lines over four days next week

We continue to press Northern for better service but reliability has dipped further and cancelling the entire already reduced Sunday schedule from late afternoon

Will be out on the Ormskirk and Southport line next week conducting more passenger counts working with Wigan Councillor Vicky Galligan

Very productive meeting with Edge Hill Uni last week and looking forward to developing our collaboration on passenger surveys. Our pilot survey elicited a good number of responses we are analysing.

Way too many under strength 2 car services and cancellations, we are pushing for better

October's passenger counts effort gave us comprehensive count data over three days peak to peak on the Ormskirk Preston line, numbers are growing. We will repeat this month. This week meeting Edge Hill Uni to discuss findings from pilot survey

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday we will be on the Preston Ormskirk line conducting passenger counts and piloting an online passenger survey.
