How can Minnesota be taken out of the investigation. If a protester killed a federal agent I can see the Feds having jurisdiction but when a fed murders a civilian that should be a state matter.

George is right. The Dems should be putting the case together now instead of waiting till they have the majority. It is important to have a speedy trial and a quicker conviction. The Dems leadership is so terrible I doubt this is happening. Time to stand up and be accounted America.

It is important that these out of control ICE agents be identified. They are out of control and it appears they enjoy inflecting pain and death on normal US citizens. Anybody who has tried to kill Trump has been identified to the world within hours. What is the difference.

If this is all it takes to legally murder somebody in the US I strongly recommend the you remaining Canadians that are still holidaying in the states give your head a shake and stop. People from every country in the world should do the same thing. Stop supporting this murderous, racist, place.

The Trump administration and MAGA land have clearly stated the death in Minneapolis was an act of domestic terrorism. We have all seen the video so let’s see if a judge see’s it as murder or domestic terrorism. it should be simple. There is not a lot of evidence to collect so a speedy trial.

When this nightmare is over…and it will be over, every ICE agent should be fired and banned from any type of policing, enforcement or military role for the rest of their lives. If there are any good ones quit now and report what is going on in that out of control organization.

The video is clear. The ICE agent was not seriously threatened and this was murder. MURDER IS MURDER. Lay state charges. Do the same thing every time an ICE agent assaults somebody or falsely arrests somebody. If local police won’t do this….fire them. They are paid to uphold the law.
