I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but I really hate these sort of ebay/etsy plant scammers that know damn well the seeds they're sending out aren't going to breed true, but they sell them anyways. Black apples exist! But you'll need to get a sapling, or some scion to graft to existing rootstock.

Apples don't breed true from seed. If you want a specific variety of apple, you need to graft that type to root stock, from an existing tree. If you take 10 seeds from a tree like this, you'll get 10 different apple trees, half of which will be inedible, and none of which will look like that pic.
