I’m simply attributing that success to a different person. And I’m doing that because I saw him succeed with a group of players that Lou did not scout draft or develop. Yes, Lou hired Trotz but Lou hired 3 coaches and only one was successful.

Again, hypothetical. Idk maybe, maybe not. The team did make the playoffs and he was successful there.

Maybe maybe not. There is no way to really know. However, we do know the more Lou tinkered the worse the team got after Trotz left.

I know what you’re trying to say but 2018-2021 was a team of players drafted and developed by Snow and coached by the best coach in hockey. Lou has hung the past 7 years on the success Trotz gave him. It’s no wonder he never had that success again after Trotz lost interest.

I have tunnel vision for the home town kid James Hagens at the top of the draft this year. After the worlds is suspected he could go as low as 3 so it’s not impossible.
