sshuttle (and an SSH login to a server in a friendly location) is one possible answer to the question "How do you install a VPN if you need a VPN to connect to the VPN installer?"

Hi Josh! If you don't mind, I have a question on `6. Improve media defaults`
`max-width: 100%` but no `height: auto` — is this going to affect the proportions of an image if the viewport gets skinny? (I guess maybe no if the image has width/height attributes included)
