You should not be able to alter information in another user's repository and once I have subscribed to a feed and copied those records into my repository, the data is no longer "yours". In this way they ensure data integrity.

The only thing I miss about Meta is the marketplace (are there any good alternatives?). I have, otherwise, reclaimed so much time since leaving their services.

What I'm hearing is that Pluto is independent and didn't need a big brother to protect it. He struck out on his own, trying to clear its own orbit! He's doing his best and we should encourage that wonderful behavior!
