It's not dissimilar to a WhatsApp/Messenger hybrid. Within 30 mins, we had chats and what had been a FB group chat up & running with very "where's the button for..."

I use this a lot. It only works for me at the start of the spiral, but can pinch off a visible panic attack until I'm out of sight.

Very true. There's so much to learn & one article isn't going to do that for someone with no lived experience.
