Tomato sauce 🌱 🍽️
I used Brandywine and Ace 55 tomatoes with a small onion, garlic, basil, and a bit of beet powder (for color) from the garden. I only have a few ripe Romas and San Marzanos - not enough to make sauce yet.

The Apothecary Diaries is probably one of my favorite anime in recent times, and the 🐸 scene was something I wasn't expecting. (Only watching, hoping to read the LN, have a massive reading backlog😅)

I love how the app is categorized. Seeing the flowers blooming over in the gardening section makes me so happy. Also flowers blooming.

Driving through Alabama this morning has been weird. Road rage in front of a cop(no one got pulled over), a pastor crossing in front of us on a HIGHWAY, and then smiling and waving at us while crossing. I already don't like Alabama or the south, but it's so tiring going through this region.

This week definitely started oretty rough. Even the articles on The Guardian have me stressed out, so my solution is to stay away from IG as well and continue gaming and focus on my skincare ✨️

Being OTR means I gotta keep myself busy. Usually it means gaming, reading, being the weather/traffic reporter. One of my goals this year is to finally get my adhd under control so I can study new things and keep reading my massive backlog of books.

Recent days have been a struggle since it's so hard to avoid politics and current events to an extent, but I will not post any of it. I just wanna enjoy my hobbies and return to learning coding. Mental health is a top priority.

I've missed playing ffxiv, I stopped playing a year ago due to reasons and a bit of burnout included but I've been eager to return.

Realized I haven't been here in a few weeks, but I noticed this morning that ffxiv is doing their login campaign and it's a great opportunity to make a setup while OTR since I don't have a stable internet connection yet.

It's the evening here in Florida, had a load that needed delivered to here, and this morning after 5am I was able to witness a rocket launch of Cape Canaveral. The trail that it leaves after a launch was so beautiful.

One of the cool things to experience being in a truck is you get to see the most interesting things across the country. Yesterday I got to go to the Sullenberger museum in Charlotte (CLT) were I got to see the plane that landed in the Hudson River.
