I have lived in Europe for over 15 years. It isn’t the food. Processed food is processed food. The additives aren’t the issue. The difference is lifestyle. Europeans live with less stress. They move more. They tend to cook more and eat seasonally grown food. Also, portion sizes are smaller.

Absolutely. That sort of echo chamber is impenetrable. It is truly sad that folks cannot discern factual information with objectivity. But, that was the point of the term - fake news. The Idiocracy arrived in 2016.
