The impending loss of my health insurance basically means my death. As far as I am concerned, they are complicit now in murdering people. No other developed country on earth would allow this to happen.

Been fortunate to travel all over the world. The friendliness, nicest people I have ever met were the poorest... people bt our standards who have nothing. I have a theory on why, money. It can solve any problem. People without it have to rely on each other.

Can happen to anyone... without warning... your entire life can change overnight. I have been hit by the proverbial bus several times now.

Right now, I'm wondering why I have ever bothered being a productive member of society who pays my taxes... basically all for nothing, I won't survive the next two years if I do quit working and apply for SSDI.

I would have to go on SSDI for two years before I qualify. I just had this conversation last week.

No, I won't qualify for that... I'm high income, but most my money gets spent on things insurance screws with me over, like wheelchairs.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good thing... but it was a weak case and SCOTUS likely passed on it for that reason... they will wait till something better comes along. Or Trump will make an urgent appeal and shadow docket it at some point (our passports just last week)

All those people are still going to lose their health insurance by then. Including me. I'm disabled (worked most of my life, never let it stop me), might as well just stick a fork in me.

I wish people would have listened when those of us who saw all this coming tried to warn everyone. All we can do is protect each other as best we can now. I've been hearing the word tyranny from people I know who voted for him. They need to own it, what they did to us.

And they are very confused about real biology. People come in more flavors than just XX and XY. And about oh... one in thirty people have intersex characteristics or something. super common.

There is something scary that botox does... we mirror other people in order to understand what they are thinking/feeling... by paralyzing facial muscles, it turns out you can lose this ability... so yeah, botox can make someone less empathic to others

They aren't, a huge percentage of the US population is illiterate or reads at a fifth grade level. They have no idea what's in there.
