Why not get political when it affects you very much?
People who make discussion of politics a taboo are the same people who will benefit by lack of awareness and discourse.
What one should avoid is being uninformed.

What HP does is far worse. I understand the point but the whole subscription printing is even more insane.
Equivalent would be having to use the filament DRM protected by Bambu lab which is on a subscription regardless of your printing requirements.

I think Bluesky can make automated labels for all users on a PDS if they are found to be a nuisance rather than banning it altogether.
