I use Platinum Carbon Black for sketching. It is waterproof and allows me to put watercolor washes over top. it doesn't smear if you let it dry.

Sometimes it's not the universe as much as realizing you don't really have to go out, and can just put the comfies back on.

It is indeed covered. I use it daily, and it still dries out. I'll get myself a new nib if I don't see improvement once I'm through this batch of ancient ink cartridges. 🤪
