I love my female body. I’ve enjoyed living in it all my life incl puberty though Intimate&domestic ‘socially induced sex diffs’ haven’t gone away.
Kids are vulnerable to belief in non-binary&other fantasies of fixed identity to escape being male or female but change will come if we keep trying.

Closer to 15 yrs I think? And the USA failed to stop it ever happening. (What’s the point of the biggest global military spend even in the terms of hawks?)

Please confirm- you are telling us the lower average executive pay may have been created by including more lower paid workers and no change for highly paid ‘charity’ execs?
