Just a wee post to show that detergent dispensers can lead to really poor #IAQ. Once I emptied the dispenser, problem solved. #surfacearea #heatpumplaundry Alternatively, buy low #VOC detergents! #liveandlearn!!

One of the trickier details of passive buildings,
#doorthresholds. Honestly, I could nerd out for hours finding better ways to do this. Here we have stem-walls raising our timber structure 12" AFG as a consideration of future flooding, but with 0" clearance for accessibility. FG L-angle used here.
