Many of the people who got up in arms when vile comments were made about Charlie Kirk's death, sure are quiet now that Trump made derogatory comments about Rob Reiner's death. Both are wrong.

The Supreme Court is a rubber stamp for whatever Trump wants. They sided with him yet again on Texas redistricting. What makes it worse is we get no explanation as to why for many of the cases.

Trump is pardoning a former Honduran President convicted of trafficking over 400 tons of cocaine. Yet, he has the military destroy boats of suspected Venezuelan drug traffickers without due process. This shows Trump's Venezuela policy isn't about drug trafficking. He has an ulterior motive.

It's appalling that it has become acceptable to let people starve, not have access to affordable healthcare, and demonize immigrants. So many have zero compassion for others. I am still trying to understand why so many find it ok to be cruel. What in your life caused you to be so heartless?

Does anyone really believe Chuck Schumer had nothing to do with Democrats caving on the shutdown? Time for him to give up his leadership position and let someone who can actually lead have the position.

The Democrats that capitulated on the shutdown have proven one thing. If Republicans make things painful enough for ordinary Americans, Democrats will cave to lessen the pain. This will only embolden Trump and Republicans to cause more anguish to get their way.

On Tuesday voters gave Democrats an overwhelming victory. On Sunday they spit in the eye of those voters. They voted to reopen the government without solving the ACA subsidy issue. Voters are pissed because they feel betrayed and that the shutdown was for nothing. Way to kill momentum.

Democrats will vote to reopen the government and get nothing but a promise to vote on ACA subsidies. It's not like Republicans will actually vote for them. So, people will end up paying more for healthcare or not be able to afford it at all. Which results in being screwed over by both parties.

I am hoping for a Democrat sweep today. Not because I am a Democrat. I want a sweep to be a referendum on Trump. I want Americans to show that we do not like his policies and the direction he is taking this country.

Whenever they ask Mike Johnson about something Trump or someone in the administration said or did, Johnson says he doesn't have all the details or just heard about it. I want a reporter to ask him why he doesn't know as he has plenty of time to understand the issue while Congress is out
