We adapted these from a Washington State groups mighty effort. They worked well in San Rafael Ca, where 6000 people gathered.

Every Sunday a small flock of patriots stand for an hour with their signs and count how many of the passers-by agree or disagree. Last week: 246 agree, 90 no response, 5 thumbs down.

“Do not get lost in a sea of despair..." "Do not become bitter or hostile. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble. We will find a way to make a way out of no way.” John Lewis, 2019

We moved our 52 year old piano out of the house to sit in a little parklet near by. It will be a community piano for the summer (no rain here til end of September usually). In the fall perhaps we will find someone who can make something from its wood.

We had a great turn out at our InSpirit Plant Sale. Good vibes, and a successful money raiser for www.inspiritmarin.org We will have to plant even more tomatoes next year. Luckily there are still the less well known ones available next Saturday 9-3 at our after sale in Woodacre CA.

our second Sunday protest in the San Geronimo Valley, population around 4,000. Last week we were 13+a 6year old. This week we were 18. it will be an hour long weekly event for as long as we can manage. Lots of cars pass, since we are on the way to a state park and Point Reyes National Seashore.

May 10, 11-4 is the InSpirt Plant Sale. If you live in Marin County CA, come to San Geronimo to get your vegetable or flower starts, or one of the many garden plants grown by locals and donated to us to support people with quadriplegia staying in their homes.

Thank you, Jack Ohman. A comparison that rings all too true. FDR was not perfect, but his first 100 day made life better for many Americans. Hardly the case here.

We decided to start a weekly close to home demonstration--Sundays 11-noon on Sir Francis Drake Blvd in the San Geronimo Valley. I thought there would be 3 of us, but we started off with 7 and ended up with 13 plus a 6 year old at her first protest!

We didn't need to brave the weather, but Novato CA is not known for political activism. The biggest protest I had ever been to there in the past was about 30 people. Yesterday there were around 600.
