Yup this fits me pretty much to a T. Great at cuddling and playing with senses, love having mine played with.
Heck, I like to take showers in the total dark and spend a bunch of time with my eyes closed because it feels more intense that way.

I don't make much art but, often when I do... it's because of the gratitude towards the beauty I feel, or that I am glad I get to experience sadness in a way that is beautiful.

If you’re one to read books, this book is a very good one. It touches on the basics of mindfulness meditation, which is a great place to start.
I recently signed up on the Waking Up app at the recommendation of a friend, although I haven’t used it much myself, so I don’t exactly recommend it. 1/2
