Though I realized when I moved to Texas that "everything is bigger in Texas" absolutely includes the potholes and road construction. It *almost* makes me nostalgic for Indiana roads.

Also, I can actively see that I'm just across a couple of district lines from being represented by a Democrat instead of a Republican and why does that make me feel so exhausted?

Literally in one case it's across the street.

When we move (keys on the 28th, moving the week after... while I have inventory at work 🙄), we will have a bigger patio, hopefully more easily accessible. West facing, more sunlight than what we get now but maybe not tons.

And we've been approved! Deep exhale followed by excited cheering followed by anxiety brain planning

And the the incoming administration is probably going to make a royal mess of things.

Add that to all my other worries...
