Mainly, I think the running sequence in after pain doesn't match what we got in the third mv
Especially the lyrics about a "suicide note" + Muu's surprised expression when stabbing Rei in after pain like it was an accident 🤔

About the mv itself, I love the art direction in appare march, it looks a lot like a comic book style which is fitting for Fuuta lol
There are also traditional Japanese art elements which go well with it
I also love Fuuta in Roduki's style with his hair bright red, which strengthens the hero image

I was really invested in Kazui's character because he's got so much going on on top of his struggles as a closeted gay man but it feels like his character got reduced to that and that makes me sad... He's not allowed to lash out like Ktk and Amane did despite foreshadowing pointing to that etc

Add to that her forgetting what happened the first time at her bf's house+ forgetting Ktk was the one to beat her ("Ktk did this to me... I think") and we get a worrying pattern imo
