Does anybody have good advice on how to manage/deal with intrusive thoughts?(yes proper intrusive thoughts) I know reducing my stress levels helps but I’m definitely open to hearing more. Feel free to dm me :)

I went to the movies with a work friend and had to say “pleased don’t be bothered if I’m on my phone, I promise I am paying attention to the movie I’m just getting ‘yelled’ at” and then I proceeded to get “yelled” at for over 3 hours. And tbh that was pretty embarrassing
