2. From what it seems to be, I believe this is what's called a "phishing" scam, where someone pretended to be discord and stole their information. To avoid this from happening any further, always be cautious online and don't click random stuff...

1. This is apparently what happened on Discord today. I've asked for evidence that it happened and was met with "idk i shared it from another server," which makes it a little odd. Discord is a very large platform, and I'm pretty sure they would've caught this by now.....??
