People might feel certain ways about new card art but I honestly still love it. I think magic does things in a unique way and while every piece of art isn’t for everyone I truly appreciate all pieces. Minus that one faithless looting art, thats just the worst piece of magic art ever made.

God I love music. As I’ve gotten older so many songs just resonate so different than when I was in my teens and early twenties. I love following along as songs just evolve in my brain and new meanings come to light as I age.

Any recommendations on a solid pre con to purchase if I wanted to start into the world of commander? Preferably one that’s reasonable out of the box without upgrades but still has room for them. Price point isn’t a big issue but I would prefer to stay under $90 if possible.

I’ll never forget the card that started my magic journey. Twelve years ago my 15 year old self was given a starter deck and 2 packs from Return to Ravnica. When I opened that first pack and saw this card there was no turning back.

Finished book 5 of the Stormlight Archive this week. These books and all of Brandon Sandersons works have had a profound impact on my life and I would start this series at the earliest chance you can get. A masterpiece of a first half. 2031 couldn’t arrive soon enough for the second arc.

Slightly unpopular opinion:

Even with all the issues with foils over the past few years I still love them and go out of my way to own them when I build decks. Anyone got any cool foils they own that they wanna show off?

Been playing a ton of this 8 cast deck in modern at the moment. Does a ton of powerful stuff in the first few turns of the game. I’d highly recommend it. Msg for a sideboard guide 😄
