A sampling of illustrations I've previously done. The subjects are Nahobino from SMT, Ophanimon (Fall Down Mode) from Digimon, and Hisuian Zoroark and Zorua from Pokemon. They feature a flowy, ethereal, watercolor-like artstyle. An assortment of different Chibi-style commissions I've previously done. This style of art makes characters into bite-sized lil guys with distinct beady eyes and gummy proportions. There are also a variety of subjects, such as monsters, furries/kemono, as well as humans.

we tried the playdate option for the first time yesterday and met a ninjanyatchi. they became fast friends. today, we did it again and met a haretchi! together, they made friend shakes. i've been really busy with work since i'll be on vacation soon, so i'm losing steam on recording entries. i'll take a break from the v-pet log for now.

i got familiar with the control scheme... the strange touch sensor buttons do need getting used to. i haven't quite got it down, but i'm getting there. the egg hatched into a smart blue tamabotchi. since baby forms are usually dedicated work, i set aside the evening to just spend time with him until he reached child form. eventually, tamabotchi became puchitomatchi and went to bed, so i did too. the following morning, i got to try some of the minigames. hula hooping and the coffee cup games require steadily swiping back and forth, not too much or too little. i also tried out the camera features! taking a photo of my iced coffee and another random object, i made blancmange. since we're trying for gozarutchi, i regretfully have to neglect this child a bit, once more. please be strong... today is a day that ends in 0, so it's an eco day. the ecousatchi said it's because there should be zero waste. so p-tomatchi helped them clean up the park. july 14, 2025 -pixtama- we got a lot done this weekend. p-tomatchi grew into terukerotchi. and eventually, i woke up yesterday morning to gozarutchi! i got to know this fellow all over again. he loves to eat homemade blancmange, and playing on his fluffy cloud and paraglider. he has an artistic soul, as he started out with a home chef profession. today though, he seems to have changed to becoming a designer. he takes after me, i think. today's theme is nature, so we played fruit fall. speaking of which, after watering the trees in the yard, our first batch of fruit was twin cherries. -unitama- i purchased the cute lily flowers from a tamaverse outfit the other day, but it used up most of the money i saved up. but actually, all that money came from the berryland minigame. i was able to get into the zone with preparing those cakes... eventually though, i swapped to the angel festival dlc for weeptchi's cute room. however, that breakout minigame ... it's a bit difficult to consistently get the three stars! i decided to try the pokopea land dlc to check it out as well, and see if that minigame was any good. but to my horror, it was a difficult rhythm game! i decided for the time being i'd swap back to berryland and work on getting some money back. then we can go back to the others. my girlfriend is experienced at rhythm games, so i wonder how she'll fare at pokopea's... july 18, 2025 -unitama- we woke up to another mail delivery. tama paradise researchers are in need, so they gave us a lab coat. it's quite big on weeptchi. i don't believe i'll be getting the paradise, especially since picking up pixtama. but who knows? maybe i'll come across one on sale. for now, though, i'm happy with my three v-pets. -pixtama- i've been taking care of gozarutchi. i heard that tamas will leave back to their home planet after about a week and will gain a profession based on the job they practiced with the most. by all means, gozarutchi would likely become a sushi chef. however, since i was able to max our bond to best friends, i think gozarutchi will be staying for good. i just had to entice him with plenty of matcha parfaits. (i don't blame him.)

july 2, 2025 -unitama- i played some more tama plaza. i got to see a lot more tamas, even gozarutchi! i also connected unitama for the first time. we wound up getting a rapper hat as a reward, which is really funny. i really like the afternoon tea minigame. making cute layouts for yummy food is nice. i noticed that weeptchi really loves his stuffed animal plush. i saw him carry it around to his bedroom, which is so precious. today's meal is bell brioche and flan (weeptchi loved this! i'll keep a note of it). july 7, 2025 -unitama- we had a long weekend. weeptchi asked if he could leave to be acknowledged by other strong tamagotchi, but i told him to stay. i'd like to be friends for a while off! your strength doesn't matter to me. on today's tama walk, weeptchi found the DIY recipe for a fluffy bow. speaking of bows, he wears a big pink one on his back and it's really cute. by the way, a new tama friend seems to be on the way... (it's not the paradise) today's meal is pho and rain candy. july 8, 2025 -unitama- this morning, we received tama mail in-game. it was a cute paw print balloon to promote the paradise. i have no plans to purchase one, especially since... well, we'll see in a day or two. last night, we played a bit more of tama plaza. there's something kind of relaxing about making galettes or setting up tea parties. but the rap battle shop needed work, so we played that one a lot. july 10, 2025 i'm pleased to inform that the tamagotchi pix has arrived! from here on out, i will refer to it as pixtama. on the evening of june 9, 2025, pixtama was activated. when i found out it was possible to care for both weeptchi and gozarutchi, even petting them, i was intrigued. and when i saw the nature mint green shell, i knew i had to get one. now we have 3 vpet children. i will be on vacation from july 26 to august 3. i will only be bringing unitama, so weeptchi will be travelling with me. but for the next two weeks i will be playing with pixtama and getting to know it. when i return from my vacation, i will resume rairoumon as well. -unitama- while i focus on pixtama, i will be leaving weeptchi with the sitter more often. every day i change up which items i let him play with. but recently, i tried letting him play with the dolphin floatie and he didn't like it at all. it's funny, because i remember gozarutchi and hotcaketchi were usually ok with playing with anything. weeptchi has told me he doesn't want the trampoline or this. but his most favorite toy is his stuffed animal... he has a gentle heart. today's meal is samyetang and hot chocolate. -pixtama- to catch up on the story: i bought some recyclable batteries and waited for them to charge before playing. technology has truly come so far! i remember when i used to ask my dad to buy me more batteries when my old tamagotchis ran out of power. now i can just swap between charged ones that last a long time. when i began pixtama, i was given the personality quiz. i said that matcha parfait was my favorite food, and that plant science was my favorite activity. i chose blue as my favorite color. so this blessed me with a blue egg, which i was very happy for. it means that i can potentially raise gozarutchi! i miss him and want to see him again!

july 1, 2025 -unitama- while working, kuriritchi became an adorable weeptchi! i let him hold the bouquet from the honeymoon tama arena event and he looks so sweet and loveable. a few other fun things happened, too. an engineer at my job was able to remove the stripped screws on the back of unitama, and later in the evening, i completed the customization surgery! now my unitama is pink and pretty. a pink watch band i ordered also came in, so it matches now. i also downloaded the angel festival DLC for weeptchi to play in. i remodeled his room to the cloudy angel theme and everything really matches him. because weeptchi is the quiet, docile type, he doesn't seem to want to stand in the middle of the room, prefering to be a wallflower? at least in comparison to his mysterious predecessors... i also tried out the tamagotchi plaza game last night. seeing my favorite tamas on the screen was such a delight. i decided to pick unimarutchi as my partner. the minigames are silly but a really sweet way to pass the time. i made an onion and salmon gallette for weeptchi! today's meal was ribbon bread and ice cream.
