Anyone else have stuff they said as a very smol child that their family relentlessly mocked them for even years later? I didn't know what pool/billiards was when this movie came out and I misheard "8 ball, corner pocket" as "meatball, quarter pocket". My family are all jerks.

I had toys of the Ectomorphicons. They were the only toys besides a randomly huge Independence Day alien I had that were in scale with my Megazords. But the ID4 alien scared child Onyx so I mostly played with Ivan's Evil Zords, lol

.... Never noticed all the Nike product placement in this before. The Rangers wear Nike shoes, the kid hero wears an Air Jordan cap, the boots of the suits even seem to have a Nike swoop built in.

I heard that they repeatedly reshot Dulcea's scenes because they kept switching actresses and it put the movie behind schedule and over budget. But I haven't been able to figure out WHY they shot them a third time when they were switching BACK to the first actress?!

Seriously, Ivan Ooze is great. He's like Disney's Genie but evil. ... And actually really competent. The Rangers wouldn't face a villain this threatening on TV until... Who, Astronema maybe?

Fun fact: apparently Saban wanted to reuse the movie costumes as a power up in Season 3 of MMPR, but they got too wrecked. And so they had to use glitter for the "Metallic Armor" instead.

I'm not saying Zordon needs better security, I just don't think Ivan would have gotten into the Lightspeed Rescue Aqua Base so easily.
