I think not saying anything would be worse for your sanity in the long run. Sounds like they might stalk you regardless if you're quiet or not, and you're well within your rights to file a restraining order if they've physically attacked you. As Freyja mentioned they'd be in trouble if they break it

Absolutely worth it, if you hold it in it'll stew up over time and hurt more. Since you won't speak to them after it doesn't matter how they react because you can just ignore whatever bullshit they argue with.

Wow this is worse than I thought. The entire point of being a parent is to support your children out of *love*, shame on both of them for saying they've "spent enough" and trying to imply at all that you owe anything in return for it, especially when they actually owed you
