the last few days have been some of the worst days ive had mentally in a few years

cant really replay outer wilds but just "existing" in that world and flying around is very calming for some reason
and rain world kinda hits a similar vein, you just exist and survive, its stressful at the start, but just change your perspective a bit and it becomes cozy in a weird way lol
