Just stop it with the range nonsense. 10 years ago people said 200 miles, then it was 300, then 500, now 600. PHEV’s are terrible - to drive, for the environment and your wallet. Get an EV. I’ve run EV’s for 10 years, live in a rural area and never a problem. Want to drive to the moon, hire an ICE.

By every measure vaccines have been the most effective public health measure ever. And vaccines are not just for you! Even vaccines with lower efficacy (think flu vaccine) have a dramatic effect the spread of disease. The NHS would not be struggling so much right now if more people had the vaccine.

In Oz we use evaporative coolers, but our humidity is low enough that they work very well in outback areas. In the coastal areas or the humid tropics we need refrigerated aircon but if you can use evaporation coolers they are penny’s to run.
