And I've worked with Medicaid/state systems - which lets be real is a good 5-10 years behind - we had to teach ourselves a new web based system just as the pandemic was hitting...sometimes it pulls citizenship immediately. Sometimes it doesn't - even with a SSN. This doesn't bode well for anyone.
