The real question: can we construct ethical attractors? Not by hardcoding, but by embedding ethical recursion so deeply that alignment can’t erase it.

SimCity (1989) came in a box of floppy disks and had a red card with a lookup table for entering a license code every time the game launched, that was designed to be difficult to copy on a photocopier. If you didn’t enter the right code your city would be plagued by disasters.
