The ACA was designed to allow access to the many with preexisting conditions as well as others that normally could not afford coverage. The fact that you are expanding the risk pool with higher risk people that spreads across all hence higher premiums. The insurance CO’s I think took advantage of it

They are in congress and Senate. They have unlimited resources to determine the best strategy to move the needle whether it be procedural, legal or whatever to try and make these losers accountable.

That is the problem with the health insurance industry. They do whatever they feel with no oversight. State insurance departments don’t oversee rate increases. This needs fixed.
