I think this bulgogi beef and kimchi pizza is crazy tasty but looks like hell. ‘Fresh’ kimchi was made only 4 days ago so more a salad, just beginning to ferment.

People always say ‘Bren, what’s this obsession with chanterelles?’ and I always say I don’t have a problem YOU have a problem and then it devolves into name calling and sometimes pushing and I guess chanterelle fighting just kind of makes me feel alive for a brief moment and I chase that high
