My friend Michel-Paul did a series of paintings on women gardening. Another one of my friend bought one (alas, not this one) because it was how she liked to think she looked working in her garden.

The theme of my work this year is Dwell In Beauty. To "dwell" is not only to reside somewhere but it is also to focus the mind and maintain attention on something. We can't put our heads in the sand but now and then we need to put our heads here and dwell in beauty.
